Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning

Bob V. came to my home to change our air filter and do a furnace check. This was my first appointment with Phillips and I couldn’t have been happier. Bob was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the system to me and showed me exactly how to maintain it. I am grateful for the explanation and will use Phillips again in the future.

I love doing business with this company. They are always responsive and you get a feeling that the staff there truly want to help you. The technician came three times to figure out/fix a water leakage problem for our steam boiler, and I trust he did a great job (will find out, but I'm confident). I can't stress enough what a breath of fresh air it's been dealing with everyone at the company, from the booking lady (Lisa1) to the parts manager (Matt) to Bob (our technician). If you want customer service and results, use this company.

They installed a replacement AC system in my condo. It was complicated by the fact that the compressor is on the roof and required a large crane. The estimator was able to apply creative solutions to keeping the cost under control and getting the job done on schedule. I had spoken to other HVAC firms and found the pricing very fair. The insallation crew was on time, polite, and kept everything clean. The system works as described.

I called because my furnace wasn’t working and they came over the same day and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend.

I accidentally sent my cancelation of an appointment to a wrong phone number. The gentleman came to my house on time without knowing it's canceled. When he heard the appointment was canceled, he was still polite and respectful to me. I like to give a 5 star to his great professionalism and apologize for my negligence. My AC needs check up the coming spring, I will first contact Phillips.

Phillips was able to come to my house within hours, to service our AC in the middle of July!! Our technician was ERIC and he was awesome. I wanted to learn more about our HVAC system and Eric was able to show me the inner workings and how to maintain my system moving forward.
Having a family with young children (and a wife who did not like to sweat), Eric understood our situation and need for a working AC system. Turned out our motor was burned out and the only fix was to install a new motor. Since it was not a universal motor, our only option was to use a specific Payne motor .... which means more $$.
Eric was extremely helpful and understanding, so we could get the best deal possible. Although the cost was more than I liked (which is always the case) I am confident in the work Eric did and that everything is now in working order.

We've used Phillips for years. We've had a service agreement which we've only had to use a couple of times. We woke up and had no heat or hot water. Phillips got Ian to the house that morning, and he was able to fix/replace a broken part before lunch. Thank you!

The service was spectacular from the first phone call to the completion of maintenance on our hot-water boiler. The technician resolved long-standing problems with our heating system that many prior providers had missed, including a clogged gas nozzle and poorly adjusted fuel pressure, and explained everything clearly so I can be better informed if issues arise in the future. Fantastic service and reasonable price.

We came home after a few hours out of the house and found our AC unit wasn't working! It was 90 degrees in our house and with a pregnant wife, a 1 year old child, and two small dogs we needed help fast! Phillips had an amazing technician named Wes on call and he was at our house in 30 minutes and had us up and running shortly thereafter! I won't trust anyone else other than Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning to service our AC and furnace from now on and they are the only ones I'll reccomend!
