Called in for service at 10.30 am on july7th . Needed outside fan motor...
My ac was running same day by 1.30 pm ....not sweating any more....HZ

We’ve used WF Smith for years, in 2 different homes. They installed 2 Mitsubishi split systems on 2nd & 3rd flr in last home (maybe 20 years ago), another one in our current home 14 years ago, and replaced our entire hvac in current home 3 years ago. They’re honest. HVAC replacement was a big investment, and they gave us an estimate- and were patient and encouraged shopping and verifying product recommendations for quality, prices, etc. (we called and emailed them for weeks comparing product info). WFSmith wasn’t the cheapest estimate, but their product recommendation checked out and their prices were competitive - ultimately their professionalism won the day. I highly recommend them.
Ongoing maintenance and service teams are excellent- from the phone contact to the individual(s) performing the work. It’s a well run business from our perspective.

HVAC Technician Jonathan is always on time and does fantastic preventative maintenance of our two units. This is a top shelf company!
