If I could give negative stars I would.....

By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. As a contractor myself, I understand how important customer service and care is. This company is owned by shady liars and are not to be trusted at all. After about 6 complete no shows and 3 to 4 weeks later my installation was completed. They would schedule 6am to 8am or 8am to 10am every time. The three times they did show up were at 4pm on a Friday, 3:30 on a Saturday staying till roughly 9:30 at night, And 2:30 on a Monday… Again, all appointments were for before 10am. The only reason I used this company was due to home warranty. I would never have hired them after they had no call no showed when coming to inspect the heating and AC. It honestly blows my mind that A Home Warranty would partner with such a bad company. I have it from an extremely reliable source that this owner has changed names multiple times due to such negative reviews and performance It took them 2 weeks to return to my house to complete the job. The owner demands payment full payment upfront, just looking to take your money and run. They two numbers they have go right to voicemail every time with a voicemail box that is full. AGAIN, this is the WORST contracting company I have ever delt with. First America Home Warranty should be ashamed of themselves for being partnered with this company. Please do yourself a favor and call anyone but this company… Lastly they dont stand by the work they and offer no workmanship warranty, Technicality this does matter because they will not answer your call or show up

Professional I would recommend them to friends and family. When the HVAC was running late the office reached out to me and let me know he would be running late because something happened at another job, I appreciated the heads up.
