Notified day in advance of service date, notified by technician just before arriving...those are pluses in my book. Service person was polite, attentive to cleanliness, answered questions and provided maintenance service in a timely fashion

This is my semi annual check up. This one was for the air conditioner and then in the fall it would be for the heater. So far I’ve been dealing with.W F Smith for six years and had no problems.

The installer and his team were very professional, patient, and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. My installation was completed in 6 hours and the lead went over how to protect the air condenser from damage and how to change the filter for the furnace.

WR Smith was amazing. Called with no a/c and they were able to get an extremely knowledgeable technician out the same day to analyze the problem. Great customer service!!!

Excellent professional service. We have used them for HVAC maintenance since 2018. They installed our new system in 2022. We highly recommend them.

Called around 10am because my heat wasn’t turning on and had a technician at my door by 2:30. He was super personable and walked me through the process and talked me through what was going wrong and how he’s fixing it. Ended up only taking a half hour and was only charged a half hour. Was worried about getting milked for more time since they’re hourly but that was not the case. Incredibly satisfied.

Jonathan was thorough, explained what he was doing and found my leak within the first hour. Thank you for being quick and this company is honest!!

Spring cleaning and check up. Always on time. Installed new HVAC a couple of years ago. Have been using them for about 30 years and many neighbors do also.
