Summers technician Mooen serviced our new gas furnace. He was prompt, responsive, and thorough, maintained a clean uncluttered workspace and provided a verbal summary upon completing the job. I would be very happy to have him do work in our home going forward.

Not only did he come to do the maintenance, but he ensured to teach and educate me on how to take care of my system in between maintenances and ways to continue to get the most of my system.

Have used summers a handful of time, very professional and prompt, and they do good quality work.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Got my appointments cancelled twice in the very last minutes. Wasted my day off, commuting cost and time. THEY DON"T CARE. Expect the closest appointment like 2-3 weeks from your call. No way to get anything earlier. Cancellation without any real reasons. If you need someone who values your schedule and time. Find someone else. Just terrible terrible business you don't want to deal with.

There is nothing quality about Summers Quality Services. We had them do our HVAC and plumbing and it has been a nightmare. Their work is poor, there have been leaks and our HVAC units continue to have problems. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. These guys are frauds.
