Keith promptly returned my call, scheduled an appointment within the next 24-48 hours, called in advance of his arrival as discussed, arrived when expected, figured out the A/C malfunction mystery, fixed it, topped off the refrigerant, wrote it up, took my check, and shook my hand. I wish every interaction with a skilled tradesman were so effortless! He warned me he'll probably retire soon but I'll continue using him until then and you should too.

Keith was polite with great service! Came into my house to fix chewed up wires from my puppy and ended up fixing 2 other malfunctioning parts with the outside unit, saving me a huge fire hazard! Pricing is very reasonable would 100% recommend!

Im new home owner who doesn't know much about home repair. I was having trouble with my heating unit so I called around to a few local repair companies in my area. After getting estimates from a couple other places, I spoke with Keith at KLH. He was a game changer!!! Not only did I get a fair estimate, but he actually he took the time to try and actually explain to me how to solve my problem. (NO ONE ELSE DID THAT). I've spent hours on Youtube trying to figure this problem out on my own. I only spent 10 min talking to Keith and he gave me 2 solutions that both worked! HOW MUCH DID IT COST ME??...NOTHING!!!!....He chose out of the kindness of his heart to tell me the easy solution, rather than taking advantage of me. If you want someone who isn't money hungry and genuinely wants to help people? THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!...A+ SERVICE...please just give him a call before you make a decision with another service

Very helpful! Turned out to just be an issue with our breaker box but it was fixed within an hour of calling.
