Konowal Services

I’ve used Konowal Services for quite some time now. They have been down right the best company I’ve ever been with. The negative reviews here are totally wrong. Konowal Services was not only extremely helpful they also took time to educate me on what to look for when something may be broken. Bob was on-time every time I’ve called him. I’m not surprised why they been in business for over 70 years! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable company.

We had Konowal came over to service our 30 years young gas boiler this year. Bob runs the family business and does all the service by himself. I found that the small family shop cares more about the customer and keeps the service quality consistent. In contrast, the big companies need to manage a large service team and service quality varies by the staff.

I had an appointment scheduled to come look at an electricity short from my house to backyard. I took off work . NO SHOW. I called multiple times and left messages. I would not recommend them to anyone, unless they are looking to waste their time.

I called and asked Bob upfront if he handled smaller jobs and he said yes but it would take a couple of weeks. I said ok, I have time can I get more information and he changed his mind and said "yea i'm a little too busy at this point, sorry" and just hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional
