Air Masters was fantastic, from providing the initial spec and quote to financing and install. I got in touch with them via Mitsubishi as a Diamond Dealer looking for a hyper heat pump system to replace an older gas furnace and mismatched low quality, inefficient AC unit. I compared their quotes to three other company quotes and they came in at an excellent price point.

Tom the owner was awesome. Erildo and Ryan were my lead techs on the multi day install and they were great as well. Everyone was super respectful, clean and communicative. I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Airmaster was fantastic! We had four mini-splits installed in our Philly row home this past April. Their quote was the best of the companies we asked. They planned for two and a half days to install and were able to finish in only two.

Their crew even had a second technician holding a shop vac anytime they were drilling inside the house. It definitely kept dust and dirt to a minimum.

The most responsible company I've worked with in Philly. They gave me two free estimates - same house / a year apart - no questions asked. Tom explained everything twice x 2. When installing, I asked them to do an odd job for me a bit outside of their comfort zone. They did it, though it didn't work out all that great. No problem, however. They immediately called a specialist to have it done right. I will be calling them for any heating/cooling concerns in the future.

I had AirMaster come and flush my tankless water heater. Ryan did a great job and took the time walk me through some of the other upkeep I can do on the unit, along with what he did. Really easy to schedule an appointment and pricing was much more fair compared to other quotes I received. Would recommend their services

Ryan arrived when scheduled and made the extra effort to install a damper in the (small) crawl space so that we didn’t need to cut the ceiling. Job well done!

Needed a quote for replacement of outside condensing unit and inside evap coil. Jeff was able to provide me a quote with just a few pictures and videos of my old system. Erildo and the team were very friendly and efficient! They removed the old system and installed the new equipment in ~4hrs!! Great company to work with!

I absolutely HATE leaving bad reviews but since I chose this company based on its reviews, I feel I would be remiss to not to include mine. I spoke with Jeff (office) to schedule - he was very nice, listened to what my problem was with my system and explained the $131 fee was only for the call itself and would not be redeemable towards any further service. Bummer, but I figured that if they were good enough for 5 stars, I'm sure I would be happy. Peter the service man came on time however he seemed very aggravated from the moment he stepped through the door and was surly through the whole event which only took about 20 minutes since he looked at nothing other than the air filter and told us that there was nothing he could do. He also asked (on his way out) if we owned the house which I thought was rude but I replied that I was the homeowner (I am the landlady). When asked for feedback, I told Tom (also office) about the issues I had and while he was polite, he was quick to try to shift the problem back to me saying that I did not let them know what my issue was beforehand (I did) and that I could go ahead and do the temperature readings myself (I hired them to do that). He stated that he was trying to help me because he had been on the phone with me for 45 minutes (checked after the call and it was 27 minutes - it felt longer for me, too) and I had to remind him that I was also on this call for a length of time during my work day as well as taking a day off to drive 1 1/2 hours to Philly, get insulted and then drive 1 1/2 hours home. I have since questioned a friend who does HVAC in another state (20+ years in the business) and he said that the behavior and statements of this company were incorrect at the least and bizarre at the extreme. So while I may be the exception and not the rule, AirMaster will never get my business or my recommendation.

Tom and his team at AirMaster have been really great to work with. We're really happy with the mini-splits we got, and they've been super professional the entire time. We'll be using them for more HVAC services in the future.
