I've used East Falls Plumbing for years now. Bill and his crew are responsive, kind, and helpful. I can trust Bill to do the very best job. He replaced my water heater and fixed a leak that came from my bathroom down to my kitchen. He also replaced my bathroom faucet.

We've dealt with a handful of plumbers in our seven years here, but East Falls Plumbing tops them all.

Had them come out to fix both my failed sewer and waste water lines and both times they were very professional, very responsive (reached out multiple times to confirm dates and times) and the work they did was good and very professional and clean looking.

Best Plumber in East Falls! I needed a new water heater since the existing one was about 12 years old and making noises. I asked my neighbors for plumber recommendations, and they all recommended East Falls Plumbing. I was able to set up an appointment very soon after I contacted them. The plumber Kevin arrived on time, the installation went smoothly, and Bill the owner also stopped by to make sure everything looked good. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job! I definitely recommend East Falls Plumbing!

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

Just called them because of yall reviews and was so happy especially since this is a company that is near me. East Falls is upscale im down the street which is not so upscale lol Nevertheless, I called I was like; "Hi I saw your reviews can you help me?" He automatically responds; "Were booked" I sighed then he said; "Whats wrong?" I was like; "My tub is clogged and.." Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad
