I was looking for a referral for a split AC unit and I came across AirMaster on the neighborhood app NextDoor. I reached out to Tom who lives in my neighborhood and he quickly got me an appointment with Mike who came out to my house, did the estimate and had me scheduled the following week. Mike was very easy to get a hold of and connected me with an electrician who also helped me. I love the new AC unit, it is very quiet, quickly cools my entire downstairs and excited to use it in the winter for heat and to see how much energy it saves me.

Tom runs his company like a true professional. He practices excellent customer service and his pricing is fair and reasonable. He responded quickly to resolve a heating issue at my daughter's apartment building and communicated with me clearly about what the problem was and how to resolve it. I will use him for any future HVAC problems and will recommend him to others.

Tom and Brett came out to fix my older AC unit on two different occasions. They were both very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They even came late on a Sunday, which was very much appreciated since it was very humid out. I definitely recommend this Company to anyone!

I recently purchased my first home in Philadelphia and was overwhelmed by the amount of contractors I needed. One thing on my list was to convert the heat from oil to gas to run more efficiently and save us some money. Tom was doing work in my neighborhood so I asked if he could take a look at my furnace and oil tank. My first impression was that he seemed friendly, honest and reliable. I switched to AirMaster when my previous HVAC contractor could not respond over the weekend. My business is open 7 days and can't operate at elevated temperature. AirMaster arrived quickly and got things working. When follow-up work was needed, they were honest and fast. I signed up for a preventive maintenance contract and look forward to their support.

I called Wednesday evening after 5pm, he arrived Friday morning promptly at 8am. He did a thorough inspection of my hvac system and took the time to carefully explain things about the system to me ( I purchased the house earlier this year ).
