Completely Clueless about refrigeration from a heat pump.Told us that you can’t check the refrigerant subcool in winter if your system is low of refrigerant. I showed them the chart on the back of the condenser door of what ambient and temperatures should be on the gauges. Forget this non English speaking company that is belligerent, arrogant, condescending, but most of all incompetent about installing or service.

Great people to work with, extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
