TJ was very prompt, professional, patient, , personable, thorough and understanding! He scheduled to come between 8:00 - 10:00 and arrived at 8:25! I couldn't locate the correct key for my gate, but he was able to get all his equipment and ladder to my deck to access my A/C roof unit with such an agreeable attitude!! TJ diagnosed the problem, showed me the damage part, and replaced it. He also checked the other components of my system. He explained the reason why the component probably failed and ensured that the problem was resolved. Could not have asked for a better experience and I was very comfortable paying for his services. I fully recommend this company.
