Another company totally misdiagnosed the problem with our heat pump, they wanted a ton of money to look for a non existent coolant leak. I could tell the guy did not know what he was doing. I saw Carl Wendler mentioned on a social media site, and decided they sounded honest and Knowledgeable.
TJ came out and had it figured out in 20 minutes. They gave me a very fair price on the repair. It's good to know I finally have a HVAC company who I can trust and rely on. I'll be calling them from now on.

I have used Carl Wendler for a couple of years and have high praise for the business. Recently my gas furnaced stop working during a bad snow storm. Anne in the office was very nice and scheduled a visit despite the enormous number of requests they were receiving. The technician was prompt, professional and friendly. He methodically worked the problem and was meticulous. It turned out there was a short in the system that was blowing my control board. Their rates are very reasonable.

Our Central air system stopped working during a heat wave. We were desperate due to having a young daughter. They were the most responsive out of all the companies we called and got someone out in two days to diagnose the problem and another day to get the part needed to fix the issue. The experience was professional from start to finish. We were given a tiered quote with quality advice regarding what is a good fit for our home and lifestyle. This was very useful for us as we navigated learning about energy use, rebates, etc. They did not try to upsell us on a heater that would be a bad fit for our home.

The installation was completed in a day with a follow-up visit to install some custom ductwork. The setup was well-tested and we have not had any issues thusfar. The crew even managed to keep the house clean through a big job.
