Can't say enough about Saki and how HONEST he is about his craft. Again it's repetitive on here with his reviews but think about it people when you read it so many times it's not a pattern it's the truth. While competitor's came in wanting to replace Saki came in wanting to repair first...and repair he did in under an hour. His price was great as well. He was also on time & when my appt began running a little late he took the time to contact his next customer to let them know hedh be a few minutes late. Couldn't be happier.

Had a great experience with SK Heating and Air Conditioning. Great communication on timing of appointment. Sami was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He also helped me understand specifics of my system along the way. I look forward to using SK for annual check-ups. Highly recommend.

We own several rental properties. In the past we have dealt with several heating and A/C companies. They seemed anxious to sell us new heating and/or A/C units when problems occur.

Fortunately, we tried SK Heating and A/C. SK is able to repair virtually all of our problems at a cost far less than installing new units. We very much SK's honesty and willingness to repair when possible. In the couple of cases where SK said a new unit was required, we have no doubt that this was true.

We have used SK exclusively for the past 4 years for all of our properties and our own home as well. The repairs that SK has done for us as are good and are still working - without the cost of installing new units. We trust SK. SK treats our properties as if they were his own and spends our money as if it was his own. You cannot get better quality than SK nor can you find a better value.

We have had many appointments with SK over the past 4 years. SK arrives at the time promised.

Saki was referred to by a friend. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. Everything you want in a service professional. He arrived within 24hrs of initial contact. Provided honest options for fixing our AC. I look forward to working with him moving forward.

I called Saki to look for an appointment to fix a heating issue during this 2018 massive winter storm. He was fully booked for a few days however stayed on the phone with me as long as it took to fix the issue and even walked me through what to expect with my unit in low temps. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and detected the issue remotely. I will be booking a maintenance check with him in the upcoming weeks and from now on he'll be my go-to for AC/heating. I would recommend him to the Pope. No, but seriously, I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you Saki for your help and for being a great human!

I called Saki at 6pm after coming home to my heat not working. He answered immediately and told me he would be over in 25 minutes. He arrived at 6:22pm and before he entered my home he even covered his shoes to keep my floors clean. He diagnosed the system and right away knew what the problem was. He gave me a great price to fix it and even did some maintenance. My heat was working by 6:40pm. I will be using him for now on. Do yourself a favor and use SK Heating and Air Conditioning.

Excellent customer service, fair price for cleaning, showed up on-time, was quick and efficient. I have an old system and I was concerned we need far more maintenance than a standard cleaning. SK was honest with us. Highly recommend and we will be using them in the future for cleaning and repairs.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this company. I am always reluctant to go with someone who wasn't referred to me but Saki the owner changed my mind. I was afraid I needed a new unit but he came was here less than an hour and fixed the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. He's also something you don't find much of these days and that is affordable. He was a very nice man and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Saki was awesome. He was super timely and very knowledgeable. He was very flexible and worked hard to get the project done. I had to run out while he was there and he took great cate of my home. Cannot state how grateful I am for his work!
