One of my pipe coupling had cracked and was dripping with condensation and was discovered before the yearly maintenance. When the repairman arrived to do the upkeep he suggested what should be done to remedy the problem. He gave me informed information and within the next week, he came back with another technician and they worked and fixed the problem They answered any and all my questions so I would understand what went on. They were caring professional people and I happy with the work done and am appreciative of the company hiring good people.

One of my furnaces that heats my master bedroom and my guest room in addition to the respective bathrooms was not working at all. When the Tech arrived out to appraise the situation he had to order parts. I was upset as this was a relative new furnace since 2020 so I was not a delighted camper. The parts were under warranty but not, of course, the labor. The cost was $670.50 which was a wonderful deal of money for a 80 years old widow who lies alone to have to shell. But they attended to my situation swiftly as possible. I was able to spend 01/26 thru 01/30 at a friends house. I believe the furnace was not working since 01/21-22? At first I didn't realize there was a problem. So I didn't call for fix for a few days. Grangers is always responsive. To me that is the main thing.

Several years ago I had an intermittent dilemma with my furnace and although difficult to diagnose they stuck with it and ultimately solved the issue. appreciative of the company and their staff.

We had a slow leak that went undetected until it arrived through the dry wall in our basement. Root cause investigation complete and identified poor toilet installation resulting in water pooling and subsequently dripping through a poorly installed wax ring. Cleaned up past wax, removed worn screws, fixed the issue and reinstalled the toilet. No problems since. Great work, good communication, fair pricing. Will use them again.

The technician, Emmett, made the experience worthwhile. We have an old boiler in a building we just moved into and our inspector did not do as superb a task as we'd had expected. Although the work Emmett did was not cheap he did it and thoroughly, and helped make sure we got the best price and choices for our situation

repairman (Omar) was professional and informative. He came on time and answered all my questions. He did a diagnostic test and let me know the status and condition of my heating unit. He made some minor adjustments and had my unit running again. He gave me some recommendations for maintenance and future replacement options

Furnace quit working, had a few issues wrong, gave me my options for repair, didn't sell/force anything I did not need. corrected furnace, answered all my questions.
