Johnstone Supply Philadelphia

I called ahead to make sure they had the ductwork I needed and then drove there. They failed to mention on the phone you need a special hvac license to purchase anything there so wasted an hour of my day.

A well-stocked and friendly HVAC supplier. Saved me in a pinch and refilled the tank when I ran out of nitrogen to pressure test some mini-splits.

Brian, Lisa, and guy are very respectful and great people to work with! Great customer service. Definitely the best HVAC store to go too for service. Great people to be with.

Mac at Johnstone Supply was amazing! My air conditioner stopped working so we brought the motor to the store to see what they could do. After about 10 minutes of looking it over and running some tests we were told all we needed was some oil and a new capacitor. What we thought was going to be a 200+ dollar fix turned out to be less than 7 dollars! I cannot thank Mac and Johnstone Supplies enough for helping us out on one of the hottest days of the year!

Top to bottom great supply house. On my 14th summer, I pride myself in being able to know the closest best supply house where ever you are when you need something on a job in the greater Philadelphia area - similar to George Costanza w/ public bathrooms. Johnsstone has been a constant in the Philadelphia area. Awesome location, products and most importantly the staff. Guy, Dave, Brian, just to name a few, and can’t forget Lee, John and Joe.

Brian, guy and Lisa are great people to work with, never been to another supply house that had a staff whom i found no imperfections in.

Would not sell me a relay as I was not a "contractor". Do not waste your time with this company. There are plenty of other local spots in Philadelphia willing to sell common parts to city residents.
