Many businesses can learn a LOT from Saki. His level of service is impossible to top. Heat stopped working. Called him. Returned call within 3 minutes. Set an appointment for just 14 hours later. He showed up half hour early. Diagnosed the problem within minutes and ordered the part immediately. Part will take three days. Saki went so far as to leave me with two quality, electric space heaters.

We purchased a new home during May of 2022 and soon after needed a service company for our AC and Heating system. We decided to continue with the SK Heating since they were regularly used by the previous owners, according to the detailed service history log on the unit. Saki, the owner of SK, recharged the AC system with coolant and immediately cured the problem. We later followed up with SK to service our heating unit as well. We were without heat and SK responded promptly. Saki, diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. We later had a different problem with the heating unit and again, SK responded promptly and fixed the problem. Saki is a skilled professional, as well as being dependable, reliable, and trustworthy! In this day and age those qualities are priceless! Thank you, SK. You've got a customer for life!

I have never written a review of any establishment, but the service provided was so great I'm compelled to write something.
A very prompt callback and excellent service response time, my issue was very minor but I was so happy at how well the service call went.
In the unfortunate event that you are in need of HVAC service, do not think twice about calling SK.

Saki is very prompt & personable, a truly nice person. He doesn't keep you waiting - if anything, he'll often show up early. He's also very good at diagnosing & fixing a/c system problems. He gave me a couple of choices, explained them & made a recommendation, which I agreed with. He didn't push his opinion on me, though, and his recommendation was the less costly alternative.

Fixed for fraction of the cost of others, no service fee, and on time!
My heater (19 y/o Arcoaire) was not switching on despite a strong signal from the thermostat and the rest of the unit having full power. I was getting a pressure switch malfunction error code, so I called 3 service companies to get estimates. The trashy Goodman guy came out and refused to service it and only offered to replace it $6,000 or Heat+AC for $10,800. Sila said they could fix it for $3,800, or replace Heat+AC for $9,500…
THEN… SK showed up the next morning, on time, with plenty of advanced warning, and was clean and respectful. After only 15 min, he had diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the malfunctioning part for less than 10% of the cost (incl. part + labor) of replacing the unit. WHAT!?!? Heater fired up perfectly after being replaced and is working GREAT.
DO NOT LET THE BIG COMPANIES HOSE YOU – call SK and get it fixed for a fraction of the cost!

If you’re looking for someone honest and reliable, stop looking now and call them! We bought our house last summer and soon found out the AC wasn’t working. We were so bummed thinking we needed a whole new unit. Saki was very honest and professional. Turned out we only needed a new part for the AC fan (forget the actual name for it lol) which he ordered and replaced promptly. Saved us thousands when other companies would tell us we’d need a new unit. Very trustworthy. Thanks Saki!

I called another company who I thought I could trust to fix my heater when it wasn't blowing hot air. They wanted $1200 to install a new system and something didn't sit right since the unit isn't old. A friend referred me to Saki, who set up a quick turn around appointment, came out to the house, and got to the bottom of the problem within 10 minutes. It wasn't the unit, it was a sensor which cost me $75 and the heat works great, and this was last year and it's still working. I would recommend Saki to anyone and have used him on my own commercial building and an investment property, and always got the same result. No one in this business is more honest and thorough.
