I am always happy with the service I receive from SK Heating and Air Conditioning and would recommend them to anyone needing care or repair for their heating or AC units. Saki responds to requests quickly and provides updates on timing for your appointment. He is extremely professional and quickly determines what needs to be fixed. He has always had the parts needed to complete repairs on the spot. He also gives recommendations to keep the system running well. I contacted SK Heating and Air Conditioning as my house heater would not turn on. I spoke with Saki and scheduled an appointment for the today, Saturday 12/21/19. He was very punctual and was able to identify and correct the problem very quickly. Saki was very professional and a great person to deal with. SK serviced my AC and heating units for routine maintenance and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Saki was easy to communicate with, showed up on time to the appointment, and kindly walked me through the inner workings of my unit and it’s condition. Pricing was also very reasonable. I will be calling SK for all future HVAC needs.

SK Heating and Air Conditioning is getting 5 stars.The owner Saki came out to troubleshoot and fix my AC unit even though it was a little outside of his normal service range. He was prompt, courteous, and not only on time but early. Saki is the kind of trustworthy and client focused business owner that is rare to find these days. He was willing to explain every test, show results, and discuss my options without trying to up sell me on expensive replacements. Although I feel much more educated on Air Conditioning, I will still use Saki to service my AC and Heating systems from this point forward. I will highly recommend his business to friends and family.

When we were looking for someone to repair our unit after a couple of attempts by other companies who failed, I looked for recommendations from our neighbors, and I saw that Saki had a reputation for great work, timeliness and good value. On his first five it, he diagnosed an improperly installed capacitor (by a previous company) in our unit and was able to get that unit working in top condition. During renovation work, he moved both of our units and re-wired and re-connnected them afterward (in very cold weather, too) and had them working in top condition again. Saki is timely, hard working, and cares about your system as if it was his own... keeping it operating to the best of its ability. I’m happy to know that when I contact him about a repair, he’s the guy who is coming out to do the work. Saki’s the best... we won’t go anywhere else. 10 stars out of five! Thanks, Saki!

I must say that I was very impressed with SK Heating and AC. I was able to schedule an appointment in a short amount of time and the service was very good. I was more impressed by the fact that they do not charged a service fee on top of repair costs. Saki was honest; he told me upfront that my AC unit might not hold a freon charge due to its age, but he was able to get it operating at full capacity and he actually let me see the amount of freon he added to the system. Most importantly, his price was fair.

My heater stopped working on a cold Friday night. I initially called a competitor, who came out and made an accurate diagnosis according to them and SK. The price was a little steep and the timeline a little long for a repair, so I thought about it over the weekend and called SK on Monday for a second opinion. Saki came out that day within a couple of hours, confirmed the diagnosis, called for the part, and had my heater fixed in about an hour. His price was less than half of the first opinion I had gotten. Very professional, personable, and kind. He even wore plastic on his shoes, even though my floor was already pretty rough looking from the winter snow and salt. I would recommend 100%.
