I used them for some plumbing issues. The work was done correctly and they didn’t rush Thur the job. I also used the for HVAC services. I highly recommend them. They do quality work and give you opinions on different ways to repair. I high recommend them.

I was a little disappointed in their communication. We had a new bathtub installed, and they went from a 1 day project to almost 4 days. The first day they arrived on time, then 30 minutes late the second day and now over an hour late the 3rd day, with no follow-up call to let us know they would be late. Due to their communication, they did cut the price a little, which was nice. There wasn't any extra problems they needed to deal with on our end, just very disappointed in the lack of communication. Please work on that.

Out of the top ranked plumbers in Lititz and Lancaster County, Just in Case is number One. I know this because I have used their competition. They are competent, profession and even kind - especially in this time of Covid "the third". We all could use a little more of that.

Justin and his team did an outstanding job on helping us remodel our guest and kid's bathroom at a significant savings from your standard remodeling contractor. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing related projects!

I can't say enough good things about Just In Case and Jeff and Dan in particular. I had an electrical wire outside of my house that needed to be repaired. They went above and beyond dealing with MetEd, my electric company, whom was NOT very cooperative with keeping to appointments to shut the power to my house so the repair could be done. Jeff was outstanding with keeping me in the loop as to what was going on and Dan was always punctual, very potite and ready to do the repair. When MetEd came to my house, UNSCHEDULED to shut my power off, Jeff immediately stepped into action and had Dan back at my house. He worked in the cold to be sure the repair was done and wouldn't leave until MetEd came and restored the power, so my family wasn't left in a cold house all night. I will absolutely do business with them again, if they're willing to deal with me again 😀 and I highly recommend them for any repairs you may need.

They did good quality work, but extremely slowly. Took 5.5 hours to run 2 new water lines and cut into existing drain line. Then charged by the hour. Only charged for 5 hours since it took so long- what a deal...

Overall a bad value of work performed to price. The work that was done was correct but the price was less than fair.

I highly recommend this company. They came on time and they stuck to the price quoted which was competitive. The tech was personable, professional and explained everything to my satisfaction. I had a kitchen faucet replaced and installed. I was very pleased with the service rendered.

These guys are honest, kind and very fair in their pricing. He hooked up all the plumbing for my business and repiped our home. I am thankful to have a plumber whom I trust. Thanks Just in Case! You give plumbers a good name!
