We called when our kitchen ceiling was leaking. We actually talked to someone on the phone instead of a voicemail or a phone ringing and ringing. We were scheduled extremely quickly and then offered a quicker slot when it came available. It was a very reasonable price for the service. Sean was awesome, worked quickly to find the problem, and fixed for us. Definitely recommend!

Third time overall and second time we've used Just In Case Plumbing to install a new toilet in our home and just as happy as the first time. I had my sediment filter blow off and flood my finished basement. After calling a few plumbers in order from Google I called these guys. They came within a few hours to fix the problem and got my water back on within a couple of hours. Ontime. Professional. And courteous. For now on they will be my first call for repairs. Sean came and removed a pedestal sink and installed a vanity in place of it. He did a wonderful job, was very professional and cleaned up afterward. JIC was always in touch as to when and what time they would be here. I would highly recommend them.
