Ray is amazing, friendly and super professional. We can always count on his quick arrival and awesome communication. He has been to our home to check our furnace and plumbing and each time the work gets better and better! I cannot recommend Just In Case enough! Pricing is way better than anyone else in the area!

Avoid this company. Low integrity, poor communication, and unreliable. Hired them in 2019 to install the bathroom plumbing for a remodeling project (water lines, shower, sink). No-showed several times, causing me to miss 3 separate plumbing inspections, resulting in a month delay to my project, then tried to upcharge me for repairing damage that they caused.

Justin and Sean were fantastic to work with! Very professional with explaining what needed done and fixing the pipes that we needed fixed. I would 1000% work the Justin and Team in the future!

I had a problem with my toilet not flushing and water into my living room. Toilet was not clogged. I called JIC Plumbing about 7:15am the next morning. They answered on the first ring and said they could have someone out between 8-9 am. My Tech showed up 10 minutes early! I got texts stating he was enroute and when he had arrived. He worked diligently on the problem and solved the problem very effectively! This company is great! I will definitely use them for any and all my plumbing needs!!!

Best company by far and very reasonable! My husband and I have used them for all of our house needs (electric, plumbing, A/C). Service and response is always prompt and courteous - they get right to the source of our issue in addressing repair and have always been so accommodating of our schedules. We won't go anywhere else.
