What a revelation to have a company that actually does what they say they're going to do! After a horrible experience with a different HVAC company, we were fortunately put in touch with Winter's Heating & Air Conditioning through our American Home Shield home warranty. I was impressed from the get go - they actually answered their phone & our technician, Seth, came out within a few hours of that call! He was respectful and so informative with explaining every step of his inspection and repair. He never made me feel rushed or that I was asking too many questions. Melvin from Winters went the extra mile for me. He came out on Memorial Day weekend to repair my heat pump condenser, knowing a heat wave was coming. They were prompt, professional and always left me know what what was going on with the replacement and installation of my new system. I would highly recommend.

Just moved to the area and i contacted them. Our technician Seth showed up on time and was very professionals he explained the type of unit we had, the type of filters, how to clean them. He look over everything and provides me pictures of the items that were still good but had some rust and would eventually need to be replaced. I decided to replace the items he had suggested which will prolong the AC life. Great customer service and took care of everything within an hour. Definitely would recommend this company when needing HVAC service. Better to be proactive and get the scheduled maintenance service. Thank you Seth for the attention to detail and your honesty.

These guys were on time completed the job in a timely fashion and even went above and beyond by showing me photos of before and after the cleaning which was incredible. They even helped me with my filter on my AC and teach me how to install it properly. As a new homeowner this was something I would have never known. I will be recommending to my friends and will be using them again for sure.
