Anthony Chaparro and his team were great and installed a 4 zone cooling and heating mini split system today. I have an odd shaped house yet they ran the lines seamlessly and finished the entire install in 1 day. 100% would recommend this team for a new system install and with quality work like that all 4 of them deserve a raise.

The next day we realized the 240v line the new system was on was also tied together with the stove in a different part of the basement, Topline sent out techs and had it fixed very quickly and a new breaker and line installed, very happy with their responsiveness and quality of work.

They installed a mini split system in the garage with remote. We've only had it a week so we'll see but the salesman personable but professional. It works quickly to cool off the garage. My husband is thrilled!

Chandler and Alex came last week to service my mini split unit. They were professional and worked in a quick, concise manner. I would definitely use this company again!

Great experience with install in June 2021. Just had a tune up with Tommy. He was professional, on time, and made sure our mini splits were working effectively.

We had an issue with split system after it was installed 2 months ago. Called and they immediately sent someone out.

Matteo was out technician. He did a thorough check and diagnosed the problem(one that was difficult to catch). He came back and fixed the problem and did a complete system check. He also rewrapped the cooling lines in the attic to prevent leaking which would have damaged the surrounding wood. His work ethics is truly impressive. Problem fixed under warranty.

Technicians were friendly respectful while they installed our new ductless mini splits heating a/c system. They completely explained operation of our system. A second truck came by after they finished and picked up any garbage they generated during the installation.

Mr Sheldon was very kindly, and professional. He went above and beyond to educate about the system. Mr Sheldon is knowledgeable, and knowing exactly what was the issue once he gotten to that side. In my opinion, I believe that Mr Sheldon is a Five stars technician I have ever met.
