Don’t spend the money. They will get you the quickest appointment to get installed. But the equipment works half a** We had our furnace put in. When we finally needed to use it, the furnace created allot of soot. Due to the furnace not set up properly. Took 4-5 different techs to kinda get it working. Our brand new unit has all kinda soot and they wouldn’t replace the unit. Now our central air unit can’t even keep our house cool. For all the extra cost and problems, I would never do it again. If I could return everything I would… please look elsewhere if you want a non hassle experience l.

Ryan is a very personable professional technician. As the project team lead he demonstrated leadership and technical expertise in all aspects from start to finish by fine tuning the small details and explaining how the system works. Sheldon and his crew did an amazing job installing my furnace and AC unit. I had the "white glove" treatment; everything was cleaned after installation. They explained everything before leaving. I am very happy with their service.

I add Kudos to Igor and Sebastian, who on 6/21/2023, worked together to get the Invoice made up using our Model and Serial numbers, SEER and EER, etc. so we could file for tax credits and PP&L rebates. They also installed our on-off switches, which were on back order. It only took us 13 phone calls and a lot of frustration to get to this point after the initial install. This is why we notched our initial 5-star review down to 4 stars. On the housecall before this, Sheldon was extremely knowledgeable and fixed some issues the install did not catch. It is not his fault that they did not send out a workperson right when we called. I hold this against the company. He did come right away the next day. I would say that’s not stellar service but the service when they came was fine.
They fixed everything, apparently things that they had not done right in the first place.
They shouldn’t have had to fix anything because it was a brand new system, just installed!
We were told to speak with the owner and left a message asking to speak with the owner, and he never called us. Not feeling good about this.
Feeling good about my system and the fact that they stand behind it. Hope I don't have any more issues for years with this BRAND NEW INSTALL from them!

You sent your best! Love their work, and they were on time and finish with clean up. (Two of the best installer I ever WE ever met!)

Andrew was wonderful!! He addressed our concerns (our first since installation in November) and showed me a few things I didn’t know. He fixed a few things that needed fixing and was wonderful at explaining everything without making me feel silly, especially once I realized how simple things were. He knows his stuff inside and out and was a lovely person all around. Topline is exactly that, a top of the line business with top of the line employees!! Thank you, Andrew and Tooliney

Zach and sebastian did amazing job putting in my new mini splits, top line is such an easy company to work with and would recommend to anyone! They got the job done in amazing time, very professional and nice!

He was very nice and polite and explained to me what was going on and what needed to happen and because of our furnace needing to be replaced again he even went and got us some space heaters until you all come back out on Next Monday to fix it. Everyone That I have met through the company have been nice and sincere to the situation and I appreciate everything that they have done. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with. Everyone has been amazing and I appreciate that big time.
