Great install experience - the guys were professional and knowledgeable. They had to change where they were expecting to install the unit when they arrived due to our HOA regulations but they were able to work out an alternative that worked super well. I highly recommend Topline and will use them for service on all my units in the future!

Had a 9 man crew show up today for the installation of a 10 zone mini split system they got 7 of 10 installed today which is very impressive. The install was super clean and professional. Tomorrow they will be back to finish it since they needed a boon lift due to the height of the house. I would highly recommend these guys they are great at what they do! Photos coming soon!

They provided me with an estimate on possibly repairing our unit verses replacing it. They were very thorough and explained each option. They had all of the options and prices broken down. Very professional. The service tech Sheldon and the Project Manager Aaron were both very nice, informative and answered all my questions.

Sam Shupp was an amazing sales rep. He was on time, very thorough, and explained everything to a "T". Made the process quick, simple, and very easy. We even got a next day install in which Andrew did an amazing job along with his helper! It was a nice and clean installation! Great job on the advertising! Seeing the signs around town and vehicles on the road really planted the seed for a service I didn't even know I would be needing. Facebook advertising helped as well.
