As always the team was very professional and social. They went to work and kept us updated on the installation as they go. The work area was cleaned up very nicely. Most of all my plants weren't damaged, he was able to work around them. Good job guys! Thanks !

Our heat pump was due for yearly servicing and if it weren't for the technician that came to our home to service it this review would have lower stars as they rescheduled us twice to have it done. He was friendly, courteous and explained everything and answered all of our questions.

Chandler was our tech guy was very professional and polite 😊 we we’re getting a $17.95 value check up on our central air unit and it was 2 points under what it should have been…. The capacitor andddd Chandler stated that if that goes the whole unit will be done 😯 so we ended up trusting him to replace the part $350.75 ! My husband knows electrical work Chandler is honest! Thank you Chandler ☺️ Top Line is Tops!

Alot of people just throw a 5 star rating on things without any thought or cares. I Am NOT one of them. These guys were amazingly professional and courtesy! Especially Shannon. He answered all our question. And every time I reached out with follow up questions and concerns, he responded promptly and thoroughly! I recommend these guys 100% for any and all of your heating and cooling needs! Thanks guys for all your work.

The installation team was fast, thorough and courteous! They took away all materials associated with installing and removing a new heating and air-conditioning system. We were very happy with the service and would recommend it highly to anybody that asked us for a company to do this kind of work!

I had a wonderful experience with Topline . I called at 4:30 on Thursday to ask about a new furnace. Alan showed up at 9am Friday and he helped me decide what furnace would work best in my home. Alan was the nicest ghy youd ever want to deal with. By 11am the Technicians were on the way to remove my old furnace and at 1pm my new furnace was being installed. New vent out my roof. They used floor covers and swept up the mess real nice. Sébastien was so nice and helpful letting me know everything they were doing and showed me how to use my new thermostat . By 4:30 they were all done and heat was on and the whole house was warm. I am so thankful that I chose Topline to take care of my situation. I felt I got a very fair price and excellent service. 24 hours from broken furnace and 23 degrees outside to a warm house and a good feeling. Thanks guys for all your hard work today.
