I had my water heater flushed and checked; regular maintenance. It was my first time using Topline and the tech, Caleb, was top notch! I was very impressed that such a young man was so knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, patient, well-spoken, and thorough. He let me watch his work, as I am a new homeowner and this is all new to me, and explained every step. He cleaned up any spilled water, respected my home, and left the area as he found it. Magnificent service, professional technicians had all my AC & heating system replaced you get for what you pay!

Kyle and the 2 other workers with him did an excellent job installing a new heat pump with air handler and removing our old obsolete air conditioning system. The evening prior, Aaron met with us and very thoroughly and patiently went through multiple options for us to choose a new unit as well as various savings opportunities and payment options. Based on that information, we picked a new unit and planned for a next day installation. The workers were on-time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and got right to work installing our new unit. We are pleased with our new unit and that we don’t have to worry about this with the summer season on its way. Another great experience with Topline, and we will continue to rely on them as we maintain our new unit! Thank you to all involved in helping these past few days from initial diagnosis to new installation!
