Topline Heating & Air

Topline installed a mini split unit in my home earlier today. We previously had a huge, noisy wall unit for 18 years, although it needed extra maintenance and fingers crossed in recent years. When it failed, I ordered 2 different wall units that wound up having sleeve issues or other issues (one was a broken repack that was missing parts!) and I didn't feel like dealing with and it's difficult to find installers or anyone with experience to get around some of the issues, so I returned them and we decided to take a much bigger leap and look into mini splits.

I knew of Topline because they installed one of these systems at my sister's home a couple of years ago and she was very impressed with the installation and the system. I gave Topline a call and scheduled a visit from their project manager Sam.

Sam arrived, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, asked what we were looking to do, checked out the living space, measured, checked out spaces for the outdoor unit in relation to the breaker panel and in relation to the planned location for the inside unit and he told us the options that they offered.

One option was to have his crew remove the old, wall unit, fill in the hole with wallboard on the inside and plywood on the outside and do the installation in that same location. We accepted that option, agreeing that I would plaster and paint the inside wall and deal with the outside area that now needs a small amount of siding.

Topline has a payment plan that made this upgrade easier as well. The crew arrived today as scheduled. Vienna took care of framing and covering the hole after they removed the old AC unit. I had some insulation that he put in the newly covered wall before he added the plywood outside and sealed around it. Sebastian and Izzy worked on the outside unit and electric and also assisted Vienna from outside when necessary and in taking the old AC down the stairs. They did an impressive, professional installation. I have had the unit installed for about an hour now and it seems to do a great job, but it's not humid at all today, even though it's 85 degrees, so I shut it off. I can see that it will be more effective, with a broader temperature range ability than the old in-the-wall unit and the airflow can be felt from farther away compared to the old unit .

They worked really well together. Organized. First things first. Vienna wrapped up his construction projects really well and Sebastain and Izzy knocked out the mini split installation and they took the old AC, which was GREAT! . Sebastian explained the remote and how the inside unit works. They put in a solid morning of work. Vienna wrapped up his part an hour before the other guys. I didn't see Izzy leave, but it was just before Sebastian. They got it done. Impressive. I will go with 5 stars on this job. Thanks guys!

Update!!!!! IGOR Came out a fuse went and my thermostat went out and unit was not working he changed his schedule to make sure he got to me. I have a 4 month old child and needed to make sure heat was working. He was awesome and outstanding !!!!!! Very nice and pleasant. He even showed me where my air filters go.

3 of them came today, very nice dan and i forget the other guys name they were all nice and helpful had no problems. They explained everything and answered all my questions. Very clean install very professional. I would highly recommend.

Sebastian and Izzy. Arrived at 8:30 AM and left at 4 o'clock. Had a Mini split put in they had to go through the attic and in the basement work was very well done and neatly gentlemen worked very well. Together they were very clean and very professional. Izzy explained on how to work the unit and remote control. Answer the question explain to me on. The water flow exiting the house and how the unit was going to run. We are pleased. Excited to use the air unit haven't used it yet because it's been still a little cool. But the heating part works well.

The whole experience was great. Every person from the sales technicians installing the units and the sales team were very friendly. Installation was quick. The whole process took only 3 days from purchasing to installation. I would use topline again in a heart beat if I needed them.

Matteo Wallace was my service technician and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, polite and took care of all the issues that we had addressed. Although I have not had a 100 percent great experience with top line in regards of their customer service... This service tech was outstanding.

Dan finished the install of new heat and ac units in a timely manner and was friendly. Quick with answering about any general questions. Would use their service again. Highly recommend. The last company we used was too far and they wouldn’t come to us because we were too far, so having Topline close is a big plus.

The team did a full replacement of my HVAC system and installed a vent in my finished basement that wasn't previously heated. Had a new water heater installed a few weeks after the heater and the technicians on both jobs were professional and thorough. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to replace either system.

The technicians are very polite and knowledgeable! They make sure you are satisfied EVERY time before they leave. Great job!

My ac is an older system. Which makes it hard to clean. Zack and Roberto came out. Did some maintenance and cleaned the unit. I wasn't pleased with the cleaning. Called Zack, discussed my concerns and Roberto came out, took care of my concerns and made sure I was pleased. The professionalism of Zack and Roberto was great. Roberto I felt went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thanks guys.

Justin, Dante and Dan were great. Friendly, polite, hard and steady working. Dan asked Justin if they could switch to the the brown covers for the outside lines to blend with my siding better, and I am so pleased with the way it turned out. I’m so excited to use our new mini split A/C this summer.
