RSC Heating & Air Conditioning

About two years ago, RSC installed an air conditioning unit on our roof -- three floors up. Let's just say it was complicated. They figured out an innovative solution to getting the new unit up there and the old one down. As a result of that experience, they now service all of HVAC needs. All of the staff have been great to work with.

Purchased a Carrier Infinity Heat Pump from RSC Heating and Air Conditioning which they installed the end of August 2013.
Without exaggeration, this has been the best investment for our home that we have ever made. (New roof, all new 'energy saving' windows)
We are so glad we had the Carrier Infinity Heat Pump installed before last winter. I don't think I have to explain about the winter of 2013/2014. The efficiency of the Infinity Heat Pump saved us 30% (yes 30%) minimum to my best calculations over our previous system. This savings made our electric bill payments (4 plus) during an unusually cold and long winter. FANTASTIC!
Would this give you some idea how happy this made us?
We also bought some accessories (whole house air purifier, humidifier). The purifier failed after only a few months and was replaced promptly under warranty by RSC.

I have really enjoyed working with Steve Beeler on my new heat pump installation and with Chuck Garrett on followup maintenance of the system. Informative, courteous, and interested in lowering my electric costs are just a few of the strengths of this organization. Steve was very helpful in balancing the air flow in my house which was not properly designed 20 years ago when the house was new with a heat pump system installed by another HVAC contractor. The heating and cooling has been greatly improved since RSC installed their new system, thanks to Steve's knowledge and the experience of their team. Highly recommended!

I have an older geothermal unit that provides heating, AC and hot water for my house. My AC stopped working a month ago. I had two HVAC techs from other companies look at my system, but to no avail. Then I called RSC, and Chuck was able to fix the problem with one visit. His service was effective and affordable. You could say third time was a charm, but I would say I wish I would have called RSC to begin with. They are now my go to HVAC company. I highly recommend them.
