I feel very lucky to have RSC! Today Greg did seasonal maintenance at one home for me and an inspection of a home that my husband and I were considering buying. Greg is very thorough, efficient, and conscientious. I am very grateful that he inspected the system at the second home, it was a huge help in terms of making a decision. Murphy’s Law
It’s Saturday and it’s snowing and cold and the furnace stopped working. I called and Steve called me back extremely quickly and had Chuck call me to set up a time to come out and diagnose the furnace. Chuck called me back within minutes and set up a time which was convenient for me, I live an hour away. We just purchased this house in March 2017. He was here right on time. Chuck did a quick inspection found the problem and had it fixed all within an hour and a half. Furnace is back up and running.
Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with Chuck’s knowledge and customer service. He explained the problem, showed me the part that was bad, replaced the part and the did a quick check to make sure he didn’t see anything else that could prevent the furnace from running. Chuck also cycled the furnace a few times to make sure the problem was solved. I was so impressed that we purchased a service contract. I feel confident that I made the right call this morning!!!!!

These guys are great. We switched from oil to gas in 2014 and chose RSC to install our new high-efficiency boiler. (We compared a few other installers but ultimately chose RSC because they seemed the most knowledgeable and attentive to our questions.) We've continued to use them for our annual maintenance and each experience has been great. Highly recommend!

RSC provided a quick and professional response to a leaking water heater. Had a call back within 5 minutes of calling their main number after hours the night before. The replacement unit was installed the next day after having a tech onsite at 0730 to evaluate and gather requirements. Great service from Steve, Chuck and the RSC team. Much appreciated! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
