RSC installed our heat pump about three years ago, since then they repaired it once and serviced it today. On all occasions they have been courteous and professional. Last summer Frank the technician was quick and determined when troubleshooting a fault with the system. He was relentless in finding the problem and solving it. Today he serviced the heater and was once again the consument professional, he is always concerned about keeping the house clean and cleaning after himself. Chuck came to our house to do the spring maintenance on our heating/ac equipment and was prompt. He treated us with the utmost courtesy the whole time he was here. He also kept us informed about what he was doing at all times. He presented us with our bill at the end of the visit and suggested two ways that we could save money on their services. Called @ 4:30PM on a Wednesday to have my air conditioner serviced and they were very prompt. A technician was at my home before 9:30AM the following morning. He did a thorough check of my system and discussed what actions he took to improve the performance. Despite being an extremely old and uncommon unit the technician did a great job. The customer service was very good both from the person I scheduled the appointment and the technician alike. I would recommend their services and will certainly call them for future service.

Bob and Greg were very friendly and professional. They were knowledegable on all aspects of the job. The job was done quicker then we expected. Would recommend RSC to anybody that needs work done. Thank you for a job well done.
