R.J. Staso Heating & Air Conditioning

This morning at 0735 I called their office, within 30 minutes Greg was at our door. Within another 30 minutes our furnace was up and running!! Greg's immediate response time & ability are top notch in our opinions. I don't know what we would've done this morning without you guys ... wait, we would've frozen!! Thank You, truly ... for everything!!

We had an air condition unit installed in our attic/outside a little over a month ago. We are completely happy with the service we received. We did have a small issue a few days later (as with anything new) and they were on top and prompt when tweaking the issue. It’s worth getting a quote from this company, as it was much lower than many of the other local companies and the service was prompt.

There are so many companies that offer the repairs or fixing of air conditioning-We are so lucky we choose RJ Staso!! Our central nest air conditioner went out on June 28, 2021-with outside Temperature at 93* …I contacted RJStaso and that same day the service tech Mike Miller was at our home! Our unit was frozen -needed to de-thaw and Mike would return the next day to get it up and going. I can’t say enough about this company-so professional and understanding! Mike Miller was spot on on fixing it quickly and price effective! Do yourself a favor and call this company for your Air Conditioning and Heating needs!! I will be using them in the future!

Both Mike and Greg were very professional and made certain the furnace issue was resolved. They were prompt and explained the issue, made certain that I was aware the part to be replaced was under warranty.

I picked your service from looking at ratings from other customers. And after your response time and your diagnosis , I was pleasd . After seeing the installation , when I came home and having my wife texting me during the installation and they showed her the installation ! I'm well pleased !
Sorry for not responding back to your phone calls ,I got 2 different phone's and didn't see your calls till after the job was completed !

Greg was the technician who provided our services today. He was very professional and explained how our HVAC system worked. He also explained how to use the vents throughout the house to maintain a consistent temperature year round.

Great response time, professional, friendly. Greg identified the issues and he and Mike quickly fixed them! Such a blessing to find this company and with such wonderful customer service!!!! They have our trust....
