Very prompt and friendly! Seem very knowledgeable! Customer service staff is always friendly! I do recommend because I never had a doubt about their integrity.

These people are wonderful people! They gave us grace to make our payment for work that was done on our furnace. We didn't have all the money at the time but t they allowed me to pay my bill in 2 payments. They were truly a blessing to my wife and I. Their repairman Zack was awesome and very efficient!!! Thank you all!!!

Really like this company. They installed a high efficiency furnace and whole house a/c unit 20 years ago. I have them come every year to service/check everything out. It's still running great. Very good price on installation and prompt service calls. They're reliable and courteous.

The staff is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Two days for the furnace to arrive and 1/2 day to install. Cleaned up and never knew they were there. Highly recommend!

I called Puskar due to my central AC unit not working. This was on a Sunday in July during a heat wave. A technician, Kip, was at my house within an hour. He found the problem immediately and replaced the faulty part on the spot. He even hosed out the coils and checked the coolant levels just to be sure there weren’t any other issues. I would definitely call them again for any future issues.

I have two business,which I have used puskar heating and ac for many years. Also i have used them for my home and apartments.
In the beginning of May ,I called them for a service call for my store. I knew I needed a new ac unit which they told me last year .Doug came out to look at it and was to get back to me on a prices . It is now May 31st and i still havent heard back.I have called many times and each time the receptionist would tell me they were very busy and she would have him call. Now. to me this is no way to run your business .If they weren't interested in the job or couldnt handle it.then a courtesy call would have been nice , so i could have moved on. VERY DISAPPOINTED
