Luke is amazing. Our HVAC was leaking water all over the place so we called around and every business we talked to was happy to send a tech out for a "fee and we'll see". Then I called Luke. He listened to my issue and we worked together to fix the issue promptly. It's so refreshing to meet honest professionals who care about their clients and provide excellent service. 100/100! Luke has been my go-to guy to solve my HVAC issues. When the time came to replace my unit, there was no question who would get the call. Luke, Brett, Joe and the rest of the crew were able to fit me into their schedule and their work speaks for itself. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! Thanks guys!!

Professional, honest, and quality workmanship, are three of many words I would use to describe Luke Cipriani and his team. When my furnace wasn't working (non real emergency as it was 60° but still needed a little heat) correctly, I called Cipriani heating and cooling and they were able to get me service within the day. After diagnosing the issue a part needed order that needed overnight, so the next day when the part came in Luke himself came to install it. I had to leave while Luke was here to get my son and school, he didn't need much time to finish so i left a key and card for payment. Luke finished the job sent me pictures upon leaving and locked up. I would recommend Luke and his team to anyone as they are ca of handling any job no matter the size.

Cipriani’s was fantastic. They have serviced our furnace and AC a few times and we’re prompt, professional and more than reasonably priced. Extremely knowledgeable. Listened to our issues and found the best solution for our aging furnace.

When it came time for a new furnace and AC unit, the price could not be beat. Extremely professional and had fantastic communication. The owner came a few days before installation to show his crew where we wanted the furnace and AC installed and what changes needed made.

They called the day before to tell us what time they would arrive. They were on-time, professional and thorough. Very neat and left no trace of any materials. There was an issue with our thermostat and they stayed until it was resolved.

We used another company 13 years ago and the system they installed never cooled our second story. This new system works so well, we haven’t even needed to run a fan in the upstairs rooms!

I called first thing in the morning because furnace was not working. They were able to get me on their schedule for same day service, kept me apprised of their ETA, were prompt, professional and personable. These jags are the real deal and just, basically, a wonderful group of guys.

Responsive via text, low/fair price, no nonsense/sales/marketing/nonsense that you get with almost all other businesses now-a-days. The one con I experienced was the need for patience. This is reasonable given the low-urgency of my ductwork vs someone sweating out the summer with a busted system.

Had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed. The guys did a great job. They did the work quickly, efficiently and skillfully. Luke passed on an upgrade for the furnace (92% up to a 96%) at no extra charge due to a promotion from Goodman. Very thankful for that. The overall cost for the job was very reasonable. Knowledgable crew as well. Luke didn't try to up sell what I didn't need. Straight to the point. If you are thinking about hiring L. Cipriani and crew, do it. You should not be disappointed.

When I spoke to Luke, I had no idea what was wrong with my AC unit. I expected to have to wait for an appointment and thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Not only did Luke send someone to my house in less than a week, Antwan arrived exactly when promised. He was extremely professional and fixed it for a cost way less than I expected. I couldn't be happier with the service & professionalism I received from Luke & Antawn. I highly recommend this company.

I worked with Brett to diagnose and fix my AC. He was fantastic to work with. He fit me into his schedule quickly, was always prompt and professional, and helped me through the process (we had to deal with a home warranty company). I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Great to work with all around.
