Our AC unit stopped working late on a Friday night so first thing Saturday morning we called several different shops. Luke was the only shop to call back and explained they were very busy. When he asked our location it turns out they were working a job near by. Luke took the time to stop over and diagnose our problem, he made a special trip to get the part and got us back online. 5 stars, we will definitely use L. Cipriani Healing and Cooling for all our heating and ac needs going forward.

I reached out last night after out AC unit would not come on to see if they could come look at it the following morning. I got a fast response and he was here in the morning got everything taken care of. Explained everything to me while it was being done let me know prices before things were done which price was very reasonable. Furnace stopped working in the winter. Home warranty company sent L. Cipriani within 12 hrs. They arrived, diagnosed the problem, obtained the parts needed, and fixed the issue within a day. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for HVAC. I hope I can find a way to use them through my home warranty company again.

Where do you start about this Heating and Cooling company. Everything about this company is incredible. From the time that you need them and get a quote, to the time they drive away after the install or repair depending on what you need oh, they treat you with so much respect.
