The company sent someone to determine our furnace problem. Dan and Chuck came the next morning to install the new furnace as it was most cost effective. They were awesome! The job was done quickly and efficiently. Great service, fair price, this is the company to call if you're in need of repairs or installation.

A&P may want to consider a name change to A+ because that's the type of service you receive! A&P has installed and serviced my HVAC for over 20 years. Fair, honest, and reliable sums up what you can expect.

Contacted this company in the morning after my furnace had stopped in the middle of the night.. They were there by 11 AM to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately they did not have the part on hand I needed but made every effort to find it. Had to have it shipped from Cincinnati but it was here the next day. They came an installed it and had me warm that day even though they thought we might not get it until the following day. Thank you for your prompt and efficient help with my issue! I bought a trane comfort package from A&P and couldn't be happier. When I met with the salesman John he made me feel like I was dealing with a true professional. On the day of installation the crew showed up on time and were all polite and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. The install was top notch. We manage 14 Residential properties, and at one time had a mix of service contracts with multiple contractors. Because of experience with A&P Furnace, we have consolidated all of our contracts with them. I have found the techs to be well trained and honest, without trying to pad the bill with unnecessary work. They have been very responsive when emergencies do occur, but they have been few and far between because of thorough preventative maintenance.

I have been using them to do basic service for years and have been very satisfied. This year I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed while remodeling to have a new room added for my father to move into. They were very professional, did a great job installing products, and were very understanding and punctual to make modifications for the addition. I have dealt with many bad seeds until I found the real deal with A&P!! The furnace I replaced was 40 years old and the AC was 20 years old. I had an emergency repair that needed done. As soon as I called in the emergency, they sent out a technician to see what was going on. Something had clogged in the drain hose causing water to flood my carpet. John helped me and had the issue resolved in a matter of minutes. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful in the house.
