I called on Thursday about a clogged toilet. The gentleman I spoke to told him he would have someone here either that day or Friday. Friday before I left the house to call and see if there was an estimated time he would arrive. The woman who answered the phone told me every one was out on calls and if I knew of another plumber I should call them because she doubted they would get to me.
I did.
Then in the afternoon, after another plumber came and fixed the toilet, the original gentleman called and was attitudinal with me after I told him I called someone else.
Perhaps he should give his attitude to whomever answered his office phone.

I'm only giving one star because they never bothered to return my call.

They do a good job and make sure the job is done correctly and they clean up the area very well
