We had a damaged gas line causing a leak outside and inside into our home resulting in the gas company having to shut off the gas until the repair was completed. We had insurance though the gas company which covered the expense and they contracted AGL to complete the work. I was contacted the same day by AGL to schedule the work and they came out the very next day right on time and did an excellent job. Would definitely use and recommend for any future jobs.

This morning my gas meter was replaced …the gentle arm who came were very nice and very approachable with any of my questions…I am always weary of strangers in my home..being a widow but I felt fine with the nice men that were here…I don’t know how to thank them…but I hope you will let them know…thank you..Janet S…

Had my gas line replaced by AGL. Right off the bat, the woman who called to schedule my gas line replacement was very kind and when I asked questions she knew the answer. The guys who showed up to replace the gas line were early and got to work immediately. They were very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing. Also very professional! They had my gas line replaced before noon! After the gas company hooked everything back up, they filled in the hole and put the dirt back like nothing was ever done to the ground. I was very impressed! I can't say enough positive things about my experience with AGL.

Had AGL do repair on gas line leak at my Moms house! Right on time, very quick response, and also very knowledgeable of there trade! Exceptional work , and quickly found problem and fixed! Very professional also! Thanks, and would highly recommend if needed! Jim

AGL was the contractor sent to repair my gas leak by Homeworks insurance through People's gas. After waiting 1 week for the repair I am still waiting another week for the backfill of the hole in my front yard. Was told this is not an emergency and unable to give me a date when they will return and finish the job. Needless to say a huge hole in a front yard is a DANGER to the young children and animals in my neighborhood. I've also had to cancel lawn service twice and can't let the grandkids play in the front yard. I guess because this is an insurance claim and they will be paid regardless they have no sense of urgency. I have been extremely patient with this company but did lose my temper tis morning when they were unable to schedule a date this would be complete. When filing a claim with Homeworks insurance please beware of AGL Enterprises.

All the employees I have dealt with at AGL have been nothing but professional, kind & very personable. Rich was especially helpful by taking time to walk me through an issue over the phone, I can't say enough good things about my experience with him, to me he went above & beyond to help me out. I highly suggest using them for your heating needs.
