We had a pipe break the day after Christmas. LGPH responded quickly to our service call. Mike and Kevin came out in the evening, found where the pipe broke and got it repaired. Level Green has been my go-to plumbing and HVAC company for years. Just recently they did all of the plumbing and HVAC work when I finished my basement. They were always punctual, did great work, and all of the workers were so respectful.

The actual work the employee did was not bad, this review is for a mismanaged, disorganized, and poorly executed job. No task planning whatsoever, left my home without hot water or a furnace for an October weekend due to a complete inability to plan a job. If we worked in substations the way these guys worked on my home you wouldn't be able to charge your phone, much less your car. The details? Inability to plan around a concrete pour and curing time, and inability to coordinate with their prime contractor (they did the job as a subcontractor for Keystone Basement Systems). They didn't tell me I was to have no heat or hot water until I called them Friday afternoon because I hadn't received a call from their tech, who was supposed to contact me about returning to restore my service.
1. If you have a two day job and you need a couple hours for the concrete to cure, set up the concrete pour for the first day or early the 2nd.
2. Communicate with your customer. Don't tell them to expect a call and not call them. Don't ignore someone you've left without heat. Don't not tell them at 4pm on Friday they won't have heat until Monday unless they pay an additional fee for a Saturday call.
3. Don't tell someone you'll have a tech there at 8am when you then schedule them for pickups and warehouse work and they don't arrive until 9. Others have jobs they need to get to as well and can't take time off whenever we like to suit a schedule forced onbus by incompetent planners.

Tankless water heater stopped working Sunday, called them on Tuesday morning, they had someone here Tuesday afternoon. He called the manufacturer's support line trying to get it to work, after going through all possible scenarios, it was decided that we needed a new heater. Had a proposal that afternoon. Asked if it can be installed ASAP and Mike was very accommodating and scheduled installation for Thursday. They were here at our house at 7:30 am and installation was completed by afternoon. They had to replace old pipe with new PVC pipe and rework the lines to accommodate the new tank. I cannot say enough about how nice everyone was in getting this scheduled and installed on such short notice. When they were done, everything was clean and ready to go. We now have hot water again. Thank you for everything you did to get us hot water again! I would definitely recommend Level Green Plumbing and Heating.

Our sewer line needed to be replaced inside the house. Level Green not only did a great job replacing the sewer line throughout our basement, but they took extra care in blocking off other parts of our newly renovated basement. They also blocked off and covered up appliances that we were unable to move to keep the dirt and dust down when digging up the concrete floor. They were able to answer and provide suggestions for all of our questions and concerns we had and they were always at the house earlier than they said they were going to be. For such a big/ messy job, they were able to complete it in about a week. Overall, they did a great job!
