Boyle Energy - Air Conditioning, Heating, Oil & Propane

I am so happy with the professionalism and kindness everyone I've spoken or dealt with at Boyle Energy. I had run out of heating oil and they were referred to me by another HVAC company who regularly refers customers with heating oil issues to them. I was so impressed by the "we will do whatever it takes to solve your problem" attitude. No run around, no pricing/contract issues, no you're not our customer nonsense I had experienced prior to contacting them. They were determined to get my heating working again. A type of customer service, sadly, seldom provided these days. Given that it's presently 25° outside and 39° in my house, imagine how grateful you would be!

Prompt and courteous service. Andrew the technician they sent was so friendly and knowledgable. He gave me reassurance that my system was in good shape and the balance of my heating oil would be delivered next day.

I intend to use them as my heating service provider in addition to purchasing oil. Call me old fashioned, but kindness and understanding are valuable assets no matter what your company sells. Boyle went above and beyond. I give everyone 5 stars. Andrew my technician is someone I would want working with my customers. I hope he has a long career with Boyle as he represents the company values to their customers with the most genuine care and concern. Well done. And thank you.

Very professional from the initial visit to the support from the front office & oil delivery to the technician coming out to service and repair my oil furnace. The Boyle team got my heat back up and running…when others couldn’t. Highly recommended great team!

Boyle Energy is great to work with, they are fast and efficient and always get the job done. Nick, has been extremely helpful with both my heating and AC over the past few months. He is always polite and provides excellent customer service.

We had been customer of large regional Plumbing and Heating service provider for many years. Last summer, we experienced some issues with our 10 year old air conditioning system which persisted into the following year even after several visits from the provider. Each time they came out, they identified another issue, proposed expensive fixes (including a complete relocation of the units from the roof to ground level - a move not justified), and never satisfactorily resolved the problem. I contacted Boyle Energy for a second opinion. Pat and his staff quickly assessed the situation, identified the problem, and provided a reasonable cost proposal and technical solution. Within a few days, the system was installed and operating well. We can't express enough how satisfied we are with Boyle Energy and they are now our go-to provider for our heating and ac system maintenance. Most impressive is the dedication to serving the customer and meeting OUR needs - a trait less frequently experienced from today's equipment and service providers. I would recommend Boyle Energy and his professional team to anyone in need of energy services.

I can't say enough about the great experiences we have had with Boyle Energy. They are prompt, friendly and knowledgable. We want to give a shout out to Mike! He was at our house for routine maintenance. He did a great job, and was able to diagnose an issue and get us scheduled in for the very next day. He was so friendly, incredibly patient with our questions, knowledgable in his tasks.

Each of our encounters with Boyle have been great. They call with reminders about maintenance and promptly schedule us in. Boyle Energy helped me with switching over to gas heat in my house. Every employee I dealt with through the whole transition whether it was in the office or on site was great to work with. They all made me feel comfortable knowing that the work would be done and done right! They were on time and were very neat! I highly recommend Boyle Energy!

They replaced our hot water heater. They came out within 6 hours. The men who came were very respectful and friendly. The work is holding up!
