    Boyle has worked with us under our service contract to get our heater back up and running. They replaced various parts until they found the issue. We have used them for years and appreciate having a local company we can trust.

    We have been loyal Boyle Oil customers a for 30+ years. In the past 5 years their techs have managed to fudge something up during annual boiler maintenance—rendering the boiler inoperable and necessitating a second service call to sort it out. Three times now our boiler was working just good and fine and dandy, and the ol’ tech comes out to perform scheduled maintenance check. same or next day the boiler will not turn back on and we are without heat. Three times!

    First time we were told a guy didn’t “connect a part back up,” the next time a part was suddenly broken necessitating an $700 repair, and the third most recent time we’re told the previous tech forgot to turn the boiler back on… unbelievable. It’s clear the many techs here are *in a hurry, careless or just plain sloppy.* Wouldn’t the last thing you do be to run the actual furnace or boiler to do an efficiency/pressure test. This is a BRAND NEW boiler mind you, with no issues. Working fine one day then post service left off/disconnected/mysteriously broken. Unprofessional.

    Two years ago, with Ed’s superior knowledge and expertise, we had a high efficiency boiler/water system installed. Wayne and his co-workers completed the install within the 3 days as expected, and throughout it all we hardly knew they were here. Every day they cleaned up and when the project was done we were thrilled with their efficiency and professionalism. Since then those traits have continued throughout with Mike annual preventative servicing of both the boiler and entire central a/c system (which Ed also previously helped us with deciding to install). It is a pleasure to deal with Boyle Energy and I would recommend them to anyone without question.

    I wish I could comment on the quality of work but our initial appointment made 2 weeks prior “fell off the books” when I called at the end of the timeframe provided. We rescheduled due to the great reviews and neighbors recommendations. Today again I had to call past the timeframe to enquire where the technician was. He would coming 2hrs past the timeframe so before re-arranging other plans we had, we asked to at least waive the service fee. Even after explaining that we made work arrangements to be home both times they refused to at least waive the service fee. We will be looking for another company to service our house.

    The technician observed that the problem was exactly what I told him over the phone. Then they demanded payment of $125 for “diagnosis”. For his thirty seconds of work (that I told him already was the problem) he announced “we would need a salesperson”. Needless to say, will not be using for our replacement

    Called Boyle Energy several weeks in advance for someone to take a look at our radiators which were not operating properly. We called December 16th and the earliest they could come out was Tuesday, January 3rd between 12-4 due to the Holiday. We had been anxiously waiting for someone to take a look at our radiators. Once Jan 3rd rolled around, we waited and waited. We called around 3 pm and they said someone was on their way. We get a call from a blocked number (which we did not answer) at 8 pm saying they were ready for the service call. We rescheduled our appointment for today, Friday, January 6th. Once again, they were a no show during their scheduled time of 12-3 pm. We called them again and asked to waive the service fee due to the several schedule hiccups. The manager on site said no. The communication was horrible and we will not be using their services. If this is how they treat prospective customers, I’m glad to place our business elsewhere. They completely wasted our time.

    These guys are amazing. We had an incredible experience with them installing our air conditioning and even got an upgraded system because the company they normally use didn’t have it in time. I also had them out to check a problem with our water temp, and when I called back to tell them the issue hadn’t been resolved, Kathy went to great lengths to figure out what could possibly be the problem and if they could help or not so that I didn’t spend unnecessary money. Love this company!
