Boyle Energy - Air Conditioning, Heating, Oil & Propane

I have recommended Boyle to many neighbors and friends in the past but unfortunately, that has come to an end. Let me start by saying that they have great technicians and installers, very friendly and competent. What is unfortunate is that they sold and installed a clearly sub-par HVAC system that didn't even last 2 summers. My system was installed in April 2021, it stopped working August 3, 2022. A part was ordered, which took over a week and today (8/29/22) I'm told that the part is in but there is trouble getting a tech scheduled to come my home and the earliest it will be fixed is 9/1. So that is almost 1 month without a/c during 2 back to back heat waves and ZERO sense of urgency from Boyle. It's really a shame because everyone that I've spoken to has been very nice and professional so my impression is that Boyle management is simply more concerned with selling new systems than they are with servicing the ones owned by their current customers.

Update: the technicians fixed the system on 9/1 as previously indicated and it is currently working as it should.

We hired Boyle Energy for replacing our oil boiler with a combi gas boiler. The sales process went very well. Sales rep Ed was thorough, informative and provided a quote that was very competitive among the several quotes that we got. After we decided to hire them, they scheduled 3 days for doing the job. Devon, Ian and Darren were the team who did the job and they were very nice, professional, answered all our questions and took care of all the requests. As we don't need to heat the home at this time so can't comment on that, but no complaints with the hot water. Overall we are very pleased with our experience with Boyle Energy and would highly recommend them for Heating/HVAC related services.

I recently used Boyle energy for a checkup of the HVAC system and from the beginning super organized and easy! They called prior to the appointment to let me know they were on their way. I have used Boyle Energy for many years for my HVAC tune ups. They're techs are professional, friendly and on time. A good local company that's been in HT for many, many years.

Although I missed his original ETA call, when I called him back he arrived within the timeframe that he said and fix the problem. Also, gave me a clear explanation of the problem. Very professional and wore booties in my home. Excellent technician and curious customer service. Kudos to Boyle and their employees.

Wayne and his team are amazing! Truly impressive professionals who completed a complicated project spanning 4+ days with skill and most importantly a great bedside manner. We would recommend Boyle in a heartbeat.

Not a fan of a company that parks vans in the street in front of NO PARKING THIS SIDE signs for tens of minutes at a go, and heading against traffic, especially when there are open spaces on the street on the correct side.

Great experience when tech arrived but I had to call twice with no apology for not getting back to me on a time.
