We had 2 other services come and said our system needed replaced for 6-8 thousand dollars. Keep came and replaced what was needed $380.00. God sent!!!! Thank you and highly recommend if you have hot water heat.

The technician was kind, professional and worked hard until the job was done. He double checked his work at each stage before moving to the next. He politely wore his mask and also held a casual conversation afterwards. The price was very acceptable for a last minute repair first thing on a Monday morning. If the rest of the company/employees hold themselves to this techs standard I highly recommend using Keep Heating & Cooling.

I've used Keep for many years in my own house. I needed a new furnace and AC in a rental. I got quotes from two other companies and Keep was competitive. Instead of only offering the least expensive furnace like one of the other companies, they quoted different levels of furnaces and included things like rebates and final prices. The higher price tag furnace ended up being less in the end because it was more efficient, and was eligible for Penelec rebates. They showed up on time for their appointments. They put down tarps and walkway coverings. You wouldn't have known they were installing the furnace even though they made multiple trips in and out of the house in muddy, snowing weather. When they left at the end of the day they called me and made sure all the lights were turned off and the door was locked. Best prices, great service, prompt and very clean!

I would give them no stars if I could. I called them out to clean my ducts and ac/furnace. They scheduled me off of what I asked for. The man that showed up was late by a half an hour for their window time that they gave me that was 2 hours already. He immediately told my husband that they don't do cleaning and while my husband called me to see what I wanted him to do the man turned our unit off entirely, changed the filter and then told my husband that our heater was dead. I get home to have him sell me on replacing the heating part that was broken for $500, replacing everything because we will continue to have issues for $6,000 or if we don't want anything, then he is going to charge us a service fee. I told him to send us an estimate and we would get back to him. When he left, we called a friend who has worked in ac/furnace repair and installation his whole life and he said that the heating part that needs fixed is $30 and the unit is fine otherwise. We get the estimate and it is almost $9,000. So the man calls today and we tell him no thank you. He hounds my husband about the diagnostic test that he ran and that we must pay him for his work. This company is just swindling you. Do not call them.

Very thorough professional gentleman and plan to use them for another ac and future service. May follow up after it gets super hot blows cold now :)

They even came back afterwards when I was concerned about issues with furnace.

Also fixed water heater! So far looks good.

Came and inspected our heater did diagnostic and found out burners needed replaced ordered them before leaving and will install when they arrive our service rep Dan Hirsch was very professional and efficient thank you Dan👍Dan returned with the burners and had them installed in no time it's great to have heat again thank you so much he was a great service rep I would definitely call if in need of these services again
