Our hot water tank was leaking I left a message after business hours as it was not an immediate emergency. The owner called me first thing the next business morning and scheduled same-day service. Brandon came and installed a new hot water tank. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have used Keep Heating in the past and will continue in the future. Thank you again!

Incredible service from these guys. Despite most business ethics in today’s climate ,The customer is always right with these guys still ! called at 9 to tell them about the failing furnace in one of my apartments. They explained everything and helped me understood the scope of work and fees .At 11:45 the tech ( Ken) was there doing diagnostic testing.. by 12:15 he fixed everything and called me to explain in detail the problem and the repair cost ( which was only 143$) and what exactly was done . He took my info down and all the electronic payment was taken care of over the phone and promptly emailed my receipt by the technician Ken . Completely care free and painless work done by pros at KEEP heating . Initially I was going to call a small outfit but I’m really glad I changed my mind and went with these guys instead .it is nice dealing with professionals !

I had a great experience with Keep Heating& Cooling. The person who originally installed our walk-in coolers at my HoneyBaked Ham store did not install them properly. The cooler wound up going out so I called Keep Heating & Cooling to fix it. They fixed everything in a very timely manner and we have not had any problems since. Great customer service!
