Keep Heating & Cooling

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Keep Heating. My appointment was at 3pm. The service tech called around 11am and said he was able to come early. I was given a detailed description of the repairs/work performed and the same information was provided on the invoice. I WILL use them for my yearly maintenance. THANK YOU for coming so quickly!!!

We left the message after hours and they called us back within a half hour the next morning. Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked around a previous scheduled appointment and had our air conditioning up and running the same date.

excellent. Jason was very professional and kept us informed about what the issue was and what our options were. We felt very sure about the decision we were making about the timing of the replacement as well as the cost. Jason should be “employee of the year!”

Always great service but got the box filter casing in backwards this morning. I switched it around and dated the filter for future reference.
12/16/2021 Had my furnace and humidifier serviced yesterday. It took 2 hours for a simple preventive maintenance job! It turned out to be a blown fuse that the tech did not discern. He was not sure how to proceed and was on the phone with his company 10 times. I finally talked him into replacing the inline fuse with a different style and that fixed the problem. I felt the company should have payed me for my services. Plus, this tech had COVID a month ago and didn't even where a mask! I was ready to ask him to leave. This will not happen again.

Absolutely love the service we got. We had another company put in our units in 2018 when we built the house. The service tech listened to my question and answered them along with given me ideas and recommendation to help improve things. When i called to schedule they didnt argue and got us on the schedule within a week!

Rick was my technician for my AC maintenance and he as usual did a great job. He explained different services that Keep offers and always has answers for any questions I might have. He was efficient, personable, polite, professional and a credit to his employer.

They put in a furnace new control pad and replaced all my duct work. I give them a 10 not 5 stars they all worked together to give my family the best possible unit. Awesome customer service price was right. Owner comes to the house and answers every question. Warrenty great. So what are you waiting for call them.

Keep does it again! Called on Saturday, was here in perhaps an hour, had the fan spinning in 15 minutes. Hot day, happy wife! Thanks so much Keep!!
