Keep Heating & Cooling

Keep installed a 3 ton mini split system in our home this past week. 4 heads total. We have baseboard heat so this was the best option to get whole home AC. The Keep install team was friendly, professional and very good about making sure our home stayed clean throughout the process. Our dog was never a problem for them when he wanted some attention. On something like this there are lots of ways it could be done and they listened to my concerns about placement or how lines were run throughout the install. I can't give much of a review of the system function as it is 47 and raining this first weekend after the work was completed. They did spend a good amount of time showing how the remotes work and all the different options for cooling (and heat) that this unit can provide. While they were doing the demos the units were basically silent while running, so much nicer than our old window units. As a HUGE bonus my wife had won their 1/2 off an install drawing that Keep had at the Home show in March. They quoted as if a normal job and they really did cut the total price in half. I had been looking at what would be involved to do this job myself so I had a pretty good idea of what the cost of just the equipment would be for a DIY job. I'm confident they quoted the actual job and just cut it in half. Awesome!

I'd highly recommend using Keep for any HVAC work. They are great to work with, quick and very affordable. We needed new wiring done and they came by the next day and had it fixed in an hour.

We've used Keep for years now through their annual maintenance contract, inspecting/cleaning our furnace in the fall and A/C in the spring. They always provide professional, courteous service, and their technicians are well trained, efficient, and friendly. The peace of mind we get from the annual contract is totally worth the investment (which isn't crazy expensive). Keep up the great work!

They guys did an amazing job. From quote to installation in just a few weeks. Even discussed how to clean and keep the unit in tiptop shape for years to come. I would give more stars if I could.

Tech showed up 8 hours early which was great! Dianosed problem in minutes and had our air conditioner back on in less than 15 minutes.

I had been told by another company my A/C issue was not fixable. Keep was able to come out the day after I reached out to them. Dan called me when he was on his way (which was within the time window they had provided). He looked over the situation and was able to repair the problem for a reasonable rate.

The gentleman that came was knowledgeable and prompt. Instead of just trying to get me to purchase another unit, he was able to get my old one started for another year. I will be using this company again and will be purchasing an AC system when the time comes.

Excellent in all areas -- communication, attention to detail, responsiveness to customer concerns, knowledge of HVAC operations and equipment. Provided an estimate on the spot. Scheduling is a breeze as well. Highly recommended!

Keep sent over a technician his name was Joe to clean an inspect my out side AC condenser unit and he very patient explaining what he was going to do and went about doing his job in a timely manner and hope to see when have my furnace serviced very pleased with the job Joe did would recommend Keep Heating and cooling to my friends.
