Keep Heating & Cooling

I recently moved into my house, so I wanted to have a baseline about my HVAC system. I didn't know when it had last been serviced or if it was working properly. I saw that it was originally installed by Keep and that Keep had high ratings online, so I scheduled a service. The technician showed up on time (early even). He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, what he found, and how I can keep things running smoothly going forward. He did find a couple of problems that he was able to fix. When he left, I had the confidence in knowing that my system was in good shape. When he told me the price, I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting it to cost more. So, I felt it was a great value. I will definitely work with Keep in the future for any repairs or replacements.

UPDATE: Keep H&C just installed a new furnace for me. They did excellent work, protected the floor from foot traffic, completely cleaned up the area when done, and thoroughly explained how to use and maintain the new system. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a furnace for a mobile home for my daughter. I live in Florida so had to rely on due diligence in searching companies in the Erie area. I received four quotes. Keep was by far the most professional, honest, and knowledgeable among the group. I ended up with a good brand and a higher rated unit than the others. Additionally, Jeff was very knowledgeable and pointed out things to consider that I had not thought of previously. He was not pushy and did not speak badly of others as some companies did. The price was very reasonable and the work was done as promised and right on schedule. Thanks again Jeff and team!

Keep was extremely responsive and were able to check on our furnace the same day it was having issues. It is a 29 yr old furnace, and Keep was able to determine the problem was related to a dirty flame sensor. Sensor was cleaned, tested, and furnace was up and running within the hour. Great to talk with afterwards about replacement options, expected life, and they provided real feedback to help plan for next steps. Would certainly use again, and will be using if we replace our furnace.

Quality job, very thorough and meticulous. New furnace, ac unit and ductwork and associated hardware. Clean and neat works great!

Excellent products and service; In the last year, I've had them install a new Rheem furnace, provide maintenance on it before winter, and recently had them replace a couple of booster fans that were almost 30 years old. Gary, Dan, Jeff and the team have been fantastic - knowledgable, courteous, polite and fair. Can't say enough good things about these gentlemen.

My hot water tank was shot, I called these guys and the came over, gave me a quote for a tankless water heater, and then when I had the money they came and installed it the next day! Dan, Rick, and Joe we super awesome, professional and polite. They educated me on my new tankless water heater and told me when to have it maintenanced. They were also very clean! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thank you again guys!

After trying a few different companies, I have been very happy with Keep. They do great work, and are very reliable.

Had Keep come for furnace maintenance but they also helped me check my radiator for air, and made sure my water heater was on the right mode. First time homeowner here with lots to learn and the team was great about helping me and answering all my questions!

They had all the parts to replace the motor in my heater in their truck. The time it took to fix was nothing and the price was reasonable. My heater is already working way better than before. When it used to take an hour to move up a degree, it's moved up eight degrees in less than an hour. I love having heat again. I would highly recommend.
