Technician friendly and fixed the problem quickly - well done

Courteous, worked with my schedule, called & arrived when they said they would. Picked up the part we needed on the way here so it was one trip & done. Technician was clearly a pro, price was fair & reasonable. Also answered some questions about a project we are planning in the coming year.

I never leave reviews, but I feel Keep deserves it. Ken and Gary just installed a new furnace and all new ducting at my home. They also had to fight with the thermostat wire to get it in and they did a great job! There was also a few other setbacks that they had no problem doing even though they didn’t have to. Very thorough job! They were very friendly both days and had a good sense of humor. I couldn’t be happier with their service and look forward to using them in the future.

I got a new heat inducer last week. I was concerned about the noise it made. I called Keep Heating. Jason was in the area and he did a return call. He said that the noise was normal for an inducer. So everything is fine and my mind is at ease. Great service. Thank you Keep Heating and Jason for your immediate response.

We recently used Keep to install a minisplit in a large bedroom for us. They were professional, knowledgeable and timely throughout the process. They were affordable and we would use them in the future. Highly recommend.

I obtained 3 quotes for replacing furnace, air conditioning and humidifier. All were within $400. I chose Keep Heating because of product and warranty.
The installation crew, Gary and Ken did an awesome job. There are so many variables to a project like this, they were equipped with company van that was stocked with materials for whatever was needed, no trips back to the shop.

Rick was here in Jan to check possible noise from my boiler and we discussed that service call. He reviewed a iphone video of the flap noise i had earlier in JAN-FEB-MAR and discussed what the cause might be....
I appreciated that he came again this time for the AC and reviewed the dormer video from Jan,Feb 2022

Made a call for service stating that I was unable to light the pilot to my hot water tank, guy comes out begins working on furnace, when inquiring if that was the problem he says he suspects it was one of the ducts that were clogged causing the issue. Spent maybe 25-30 minutes in labor.. after leaving still no hot water. I Call in to after hour line and tech was very rude stating he “thought It was the heat that needed repaired since my oven was being used for heat”, when I told him I wasn’t sure if the issue, just know that the call was made for the pilot not being lit. And when he came we discussed the pilot, I even asked him did he try it, he said yes, very unassuming like. I was hung up on and when tried calling back my number was blocked. The representatives of this company are rude, unprofessional, scam like, and overall unsatisfactory. Several requests made to speak to manager and all denied. I’m sure that Jeff Keep is turning over in his grave at the actions of the employees of this company.

Our air conditioner went down after firing it up for the first time this season. Called Keep at 8:30 AM. Jeff was here and had the system up and running before 12:30 PM. Had to replace a capacitor, which happened to be an odd size (right?) but they had it in stock. We have been using their service for a couple years, are very pleased and would highly recommend them. Thank you!
