I’ve used Taylor Home Comfort for a couple routine HVAC maintenance visits and always had a positive experience. Last evening I noticed a water heater leak and called after hours. Anthony was very nice- I sent him a video and pics of the leak. Rob, who was also great, came out today to diagnose the problem (cracked tank) and was kind enough to get his schedule rearranged so that he could replace it today before the weekend. Very thankful to work with Taylor Home Comfort!
We Had them do a complete HVAC system installation and they were by far, the best price in the entire area. Plus, they are a veteran owned and operated company as well. Very skilled and punctual!
These guys are top notch! We had our system go out in the middle of the deep freeze a few weeks ago. Anthony and his team were out the same day and were extremely reasonable compared to the other companies in the area. They repaired our system temporarily while we waited for a new unit and they didn’t charge us for the interim repair! That’s good customer service right there.
I had Anthony and his crew install a whole house ductless system and I couldn’t be happier. From the estimate to the installation it was a treat to deal with them. They are friendly, trustworthy and thorough! I also use them for service and preventive maintenance now. These guys are a diamond in the rough. I can’t recommend them enough.

Anthony came out the next day and told me I needed a new AC unit to replace the old York unit I had. Not only did he provide a great professional service, but he also suggested I upgrade the unit due to the size of the home. Anthony’s team was out the very next week with the new unit and completed all the work very quickly. I would HIGHLY suggest you give this company a call if you need any type of services they offer. The professionalism, speed and efficiency of work provided is unmatched. Not to mention the price for the work is probably one of the best in this industry. Prior to calling Taylor Home Comfort, I called a couple of different companies and got a few quotes. All of them were far more expensive to replace the old unit for the same model and size. Anthony offered me an upgraded model that is more efficient and powerful than my previous one, for a similar price to what everyone else offered for the same I had. The AC unit itself is made by a well recognized brand that is better or at least on par with the previous brand. A win/win no matter how you see it. Thank you for the amazing work Anthony!

I usually write reviews when I've experienced exceptional service or want to share a fun establishment for others to enjoy.. By and large, my reviews are positive. In this case, however, the experience with this company left a lot to be desired. I will preface the review by stating that Taylor Home Comfort and Anthony Taylor did a fine job of installing a heat pump at my house, if memory serves me in 2019. That experience was a positive. Flash forward to today, 12/23/2022, I went to check on my house (it is currently used intermittently) ahead of a severe cold front that will see temperature plummet to the single digits. When I arrived I found the unit not operational. I reset the breaker, got the unit running and stuck around to ensure it would remain that way. Well, after about 10 minutes the unit started to accumulate frost on the fins. Since I bought the unit from Anthony, I called his business and explained the situation to the woman that answered the phone. (Mary Jo?) When she found out no one currently lived at the house she informed me that their service techs were prioritizing service calls where people lived and had children. OK, understandable. She said she would check with the "service rep" and get back to me. An hour later she called back to say the first service opening they had was for January 26th. JANUARY 26th!!! Over a MONTH, in the dead of Winter, for "emergency service". . And the kicker? His office is less than 2 miles from my house. When I replied that that was disappointing to say the least to wait over a month for emergency service from the guy I paid 7G's to install the unit, she commented that was the best they could do " since you didn't have us service the unit" Ahhh ha. Now we're getting to the crux of the issue. I dropped 7 grand on the install but because I didn't spend anymore money at Taylor, they felt I should wait over a month to get my unit fixed.The unit experienced very light use since the house was used intermittently. This WAS the first service call.
What a total middle finger to a customer. I lead a team of professionals in a service oriented business. I would never allow one of my team members to treat a customer that way."I had the courtesy to call for service to the business that did the install. I won't make that mistake again. Before today, I would have recommended Anthony for HVAC services. Not anymore. He took care of that today with his total disregard for a customer's plight.
Had a mini split installed in our sunroom, Anthony was fairly priced and got the job done quickly, we now have heat and AC making a previously unused room now our favorite in the house! Thank you!!!
