Expert Care Heating and Air

We used Expert Care Heating to do repairs on our HVAC at our rental property. The owner, Greg, is very professional and knowledgeable I especially like that he is a smaller business and does most of the work himself so he knows it's done right. I've had trouble with large nation-wide companies claiming we needed work done that wasn't necessary. When we called him he always called back quickly & came when he said he would, We were so pleased we also had him do work installing a new HVAC at our home. with the same high level of satisfaction..He knew the pros and cons of all the popular brands and exactly the right size for our homes square footage.I would not hesitate to call him again and highly recommend Expert Care Heating.

Consumer beware! We scheduled HVAC work with this business. The owner, Greg Spille, texted one day prior to the planned job asking to reschedule. After we agreed to reschedule with him, he was unresponsive and has left us high and dry. We now need to contact another company to complete the job due to his lack of communication. Save yourself the trouble and use a reliable company!

Update: The response received, below, from the owner is not true or accurate. We were prepared to pay 100% of the monies due for the work that needed to be completed with a certified check from the bank but Greg Spille was unresponsive and didn't show. I have proof of his lack of responsiveness via text message, which I'd be happy to upload to this review. Again, please contact a reliable, HONEST contractor for all of your HVAC repairs. We are grateful to have found an HONEST, RELIABLE AND REPUTABLE company to install a new, warrantied central air system for us in a timely manner.

Greg Installed new whole house ac/heat pump. The job included duct work installation as well in a home without existing ducts. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and meticulously and professionally installed. The unit has been in for a full year now and we are very pleased with the system and the lower utility costs. I am very confident recommending Expert Care and Greg to my friends and family for service or installation.

Came out and fixed the problem the same day. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely call again if / when needed.
